Jan. 13&14 – Room Reservation System Outage Planned

On the evening of Jan. 13, the Ad Astra room reservation system (schedule.owu.edu) was taken offline for a major platform upgrade. The process is scheduled to be completed by the afternoon of today, Jan. 14.

Reservation requests received before the outage will be preserved, but new reservation requests will not be possible during the upgrade process. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve this system.
