As the end of the school year approaches, you may be cleaning out your dorm and discarding some items. We would appreciate the donation of kitchen items needed for our new cooking class at OWjL Camp this summer. If you have any of these items that you would like to donate to us, please let us know. We will also place a box out side our office in Hayes Hall in the back of the lobby.
– cutting knives – preferably chef’s knives, paring size would also be okay
– cutting boards
– mixing bowls – preferably glass
– measuring cups
– measuring spoons
– wooden spoons
– spatula – the kind used to scrape a bowl
– spatula – kind used to cook food
– sauce pans with lids
– frying pan, ideally 9-10″
– drying racks
– colanders
– liquid measuring cup, preferably glass
– induction burners
– cookie sheets, ideally aluminum
– metal cooking racks
