My name is Sarah Mattick, I am a senior PG major, and I am pursuing Departmental Honors notation for graduation through the Politics & Government Department. My research title is “Perceptions of General Campus Climate from a Conservative Student Perspective,” where general campus climate (GCC) is a measure used to determine how comfortable or uncomfortable individuals and groups are engaging with the campus community. My goal is to determine to what degree do non-liberal students feel that they are unable to engage with the campus either in the classroom or in their social lives. This research project has been approved by the OWU Institutional Review Board.
