Healthy Tip of the Week: Meal Planning

Most of us are back on campus and eating in the dining halls. OWU students can see the weekly menus for each dining location at https://www.aviserves.com/OWU/index.html. Knowing what is available at each location makes it easier to plan meals, which, according to Mayo Clinic, can help you ensure that you are “eating a balanced diet and meeting your nutritional needs.” When you are not sure what is available to you, it is easy to revert back to fast and easy options that may not provide all of your daily nutrients.
