Health Center Tips: Dealing with Finals Week

Take breaks- students who take breaks are able to focus better and perform better on finals. BUT set yourself a timer and then put your phone down. Give yourself a 5-10 minute mental break by taking a walk, refilling your water bottle, or stretching. We’re almost done!
