Health Center Tips: Dealing with Finals Week

Get a good night’s sleep- it may seem counterproductive to put your textbooks down or shut your computer, but it may be more helpful than staying up studying. Set an alarm to remind yourself when it is time to relax and stick to it! Realize when another chapter of information is not worth giving up quality sleep.
