Take a midday break to reset your brain and body! You’ll enjoy Hatha Yoga to strengthen and stretch the physical body, plus benefit from taking time that is just for you. Taking care of yourself like this can only improve how you feel and relate to others.
Wear clothes that you can move in, please bring your own yoga mat, all other props provided. Classes held in Edwards Gym.
