Effective immediately and until further notice, all Ham-Wil conference rooms will be locked weekdays at 8:00 p.m. All conference rooms will remain locked over the weekends. Any events scheduled in a conference room when they are locked will be unlocked by the housekeeping staff.
This change is being put in place due to the multiple thefts of TVs from these rooms this semester. It is important that you if see suspicious activity at anytime, especially late at night, that you immediately call Public Safety at 740-368-2222.
Students looking for rooms to study in should utilize the other study areas on campus to include the library, Slocum Hall reading room, residential lounges, etc. The conference rooms in Ham-Wil will not be open or unlocked for study sessions.
