Ohio Wesleyan University has partnered with ECSI, enabling you to receive your 1098-T Tuition tax statement electronically. To receive your 1098-T form electronically, please give your consent by following the instructions below by Jan. 1, 2027. If consent is not given by this date, your form will be mailed to your current address on file by the end of January 2027.
The benefits of receiving electronic notification:
- Online delivery provides access to the 1098-T form earlier than the traditional mailing process.
- Online delivery eliminates the chance that the 1098-T will get lost, misdirected, or delayed during delivery, or misplaced once you receive it.
- Signing up for online delivery is easy and secure.
- Students can receive their 1098-T form while traveling or away from their home address.
To give consent to receive your 1098-T form electronically, click on the link below and follow the simple instructions to sign up!
- Visit https://heartland.ecsi.net
- At the top right of the page, click Register to create a profile. If you already have a profile, click Sign In.
- Once logged into your account, navigate to Your Communication Center at the top.
- Select Tax Statement eConsent.
- At the bottom of the page, click Add New Consent. Once clicked the Electronic Consent Application will open below.
- Complete the Electronic Consent Application.
- Check the box and click Submit & Accept
