We are sad to share that former OWU staff member Karen Sue ‘Susie’ Nourse passed away unexpectedly Dec. 25 at Grady Memorial Hospital. She was 76.
A Delaware resident for 50 years, Susie worked as a nurse administrator at Grady for many years before joining the OWU Student Health Center, where she worked from 1986 to 2008.
As her family shares: Susie attended St. Mary Catholic Church and was a member of the Women of the Moose in Delaware. She also was an avid reader and enjoyed solving crossword puzzles and spending time with her good friends, the “Golden Girls.”
