We are sad to share that Janis “Jan” Dora Fleischmann, 78, of Delaware passed away Jan. 13 at the Kobacker House in Columbus.
Jan was an OWU employee for nearly 20 years, from 1995 to 2014. She retired as the part-time secretary for The Woltemade Center for Economics, Business and Entrepreneurship.
Those who knew Jan remember a constant presence at campus and community events, a sharp mind, and a friend who always made time for others.
