Join us during the Spring OWU Connection Conference to watch teams and individuals compete against peers and pitch their ideas for a chance to win $3,000.

The Woltemade Big Problem Challenge and Pitch OWU provide platforms for innovative problem-solvers to tackle real-world issues through entrepreneurship and strategic thinking. The Woltemade Big Problem Challenge focuses on the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), inviting individuals or teams of up to four from any academic department to propose solutions that merge social entrepreneurship with business strategy. Pitch OWU is an annual competition where students present their business or nonprofit startup ideas for a chance to win funding and support.
