Starting Feb. 13, the City of Delaware is scheduled to begin demolishing the former Napa and Auto Part buildings located on Spring Street between the Ross Art Museum and Hamilton-Williams Campus Center. The work, completed by Complete Clearing Inc., will be conducted from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and is expected to be finished before March 15.
During the demolition, construction fencing will be placed around the buildings and sidewalk on the south side of the street. For safety and convenience, Ohio Wesleyan students and employees are encouraged to use the JAYwalk to walk across campus during the project. The street is expected to remain open to vehicle traffic.
