Feb. 10 – Free Leadership Opportunity at the Ohio Statehouse

IGNITE is a national non-partisan nonprofit that trains young women to become the next generation of civic leaders. There are a few remaining registration spots on Monday, Feb. 10, for the upcoming IGNITE program.
At IGNITE the Capitol, you will gain the tools, training, and confidence to harness your political power, shape policy agendas, and advocate for impactful legislation in your state. Together, you will meet with legislators and legislative aides at the State Capitol, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns and vision with your elected leaders.

Date: Monday, Feb. 10 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Location: Governor Thomas Worthington Center, Ohio Statehouse

Attendees will:

  • Learn the importance of engaging with your legislators.
  • Discover how to use effective advocacy strategies and actively participate in the legislative process.
  • Support state-specific bills that advance women’s rights, voting rights, and civic education through direct meetings with lawmakers. Speakers include:
