Are you a sophomore interested in Business and Entrepreneurship? The Corns Business and Entrepreneurial Scholars program encourages and nurtures these ambitions through combining classroom knowledge with the spontaneity of daily business applications and challenges.
Corns Scholars:
– take specific courses designed to develop business and entrepreneurial skills.
– participate in pre-approved internships that link economic and business theory with real-world practices.
– participate in lectures on entrepreneurship and interact with business leaders.
The Scholarship:
-Named in memory of the former president of Roadway Express Richard W. Corns, provides junior and senior students with $5,000 per academic year, in addition to all other current financial aid.
Who should apply:
Sophomore students that have a GPA of 2.75 or better and have declared a major or minor in the Economics and Business Department.
Applications are due by Feb. 25, 2022 and are available at owu.edu/woltemade under Research & Scholarships.
