Eat For the Planet: Watch Chef Del Sroufe’s Cooking Seminar

For Earth Week, vegan chef Del Sroufe taught students how to make delicious plant-based meals such as mac-n-cheez, cheesy quesadillas, and cheesy potato soup! In his webinar, Del explains how plant-based cooking can be better for your health and is also great for the environment. By using his plant-based cheese sauce recipe, you save the resources that would have been used to feed, water, and raise a dairy cow!
