OWU employees are encouraged to go paperless and receive their IRS W-2 form electronically through the ADP Portal. Receiving an electronic W-2 form is safer and faster!
Please follow the steps below to provide consent to receive an electronic-only W-2:
- Log in to your ADP Portal.
- Select Myself > Pay > Annual Statements.
- Select Go Paperless at the top left-hand area of the screen.
- Follow prompts and enter provided confirmation number to complete set-up.
