Join a new campus tradition with Winterfest on Mon., Dec. 3! The evening includes a special dinner in Smith and Ham-Wil from 5-7:30 p.m., Lessons & Carols in Gray Chapel from 7-8:15 p.m., followed by the Hudler Tree Lighting and Winterfest on Sturges Lawn from 8:15-10 p.m.
Winterfest will include an “iceless” ice-skating rink, a giant inflatable snow globe and Santa’s sleigh for photo-ops, student performance groups, cookies for decorating, hot beverages, bonfires and an ornament decorating station.
You or your group can also decorate an ornament ahead of the event by picking up materials at SIO on Nov. 28. OWUSAA will also be tabling in Ham-Wil on Fri., Nov. 30 and Mon., Dec. 3 for ornament decorating and collecting. Or make your ornament at the event! Hang your ornament on the Hudler Tree that night, and we’ll bring them over to the Ham-Wil tree afterward. Please contact owusaa@owu.edu with any questions!
