The NUTR 200.4 course, Science & History of Food Transformation, needs taste-testers for their final project on Thursday, Dec. 2, from 3:30-4 pm. These students have been working on this project for several weeks and need students willing to taste and evaluate their food product. There are 4 different products to taste. Major allergens include wheat/gluten (all 4 products), dairy (2 products), egg (1 product). A complete list of ingredients can be provided for any other allergens. You may sign up for tasting all of the products or just 1 or 2.
