Hey, OWU students! Are you looking to enhance your mental and emotional wellness while juggling academics and life? Join us weekly for our Mental Health Skill Building workshops designed just for you! Each week will cover a different topic. You are welcome to attend one or all depending on your interests.

April 11: Building Resilience Against Depression
April 18: Conflict Resolution/Assertive Communication Skills for Success
April 25: Confidence Boost/Conquering Performance Anxiety
May 2: Building Resilience During Transitions/Final Exam Stress Break

*This is NOT a clinical/treatment group, but will be guided by OWU counselors. Join us each Thursday from 12-1 p.m. at the counseling center (Corns 316). We hope to see you at our next workshop on April 4!
