Hey, OWU students! Are you looking to enhance your mental and emotional wellness while juggling academics and life? Join us each week for our Mental Health Skill Building workshops designed just for you!

Each week will cover a different topic. You are welcome to attend one or all depending on what you are interested in. The schedule is listed below: 

March 21: Processing Grief and Loss

April 4: Strategies for Managing Anxiety

April 11: Building Resilience Against Depression

April 18: Conflict Resolution/Assertive Communication Skills for Success

April 25: Confidence Boost/Conquering Performance Anxiety

May 2: Building Resilience During Transitions/Final Exam Stress Break

 This is NOT a clinical/treatment group, but it will be guided by OWU counselors. Join us each Thursday from 12-1 p.m. at the counseling center (Corns 316). First group begins this Thursday, March 21.
