Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA) seeks energetic and enthusiastic students interested in making a positive impact on the next generation of Bishops! Mentors for the OMSA Summer Bridge Program serve as important ambassadors and role-models to incoming first-year students. Mentors will help students develop lasting relationships; learn how to navigate Ohio Wesleyan; and empower students with important tools for their personal success.
The OMSA Summer Bridge Program mentor position is a summer appointment from July 20th – August 19th. Residency in a campus residence hall is required. Mentors will report to the OMSA Staff. At the end of the program, mentors will receive $700 to help start off the school year. OMSA hopes to hire four (4) mentors for the OMSA Summer Bridge Program.
