The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC) has two application-based scholarships available exclusively for students attending OFIC-member campuses, including Ohio Wesleyan. Each program will support 10 students with 2021-22 awards averaging $3,000 each (20 awards total).
Both programs are intended for students in majors relevant to the banking industry and who have significant financial need. The deadline for both applications is August 15.
Huntington Bank Scholarship Program

- Applicant must be an Ohio resident and a US citizen.
- Full-time undergraduate student during the full 2021-2022 academic year.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Majors: Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Information Technology.
- Applicant must submit a current Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have low to moderate household income.
- Must be from central Ohio (Franklin and contiguous counties.)
Ohio Bankers League Foundation Scholarship

- Applicant must be an Ohio resident and a US citizen.
- Full-time student during the full 2021-2022 academic year.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Majors: Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology.
- Applicant must submit a current Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have low to moderate household income.
- Sophomore, Junior, and Senior grade level.
Deadline for both applications is Aug. 15.
