Learning martial arts can be a great experience – it’s a fantastic way to lower stress and anxiety; have fun; meet new people; improve cardio, strength, flexibility, timing, balance, coordination, and confidence; and learn real self-defense skills. You do not need to have prior experience to take these courses – beginners are welcome!
Karate/TKD PE301: Our certified instructors teach Okinawan Karate system in a safe, cooperative environment. Skills include kicking, footwork, striking, and defending.
Gracie Jiujitsu PE341: You will learn Brazilian Jiujitsu in an enjoyable, safe, cooperative environment taught by certified instructors. Skills include throws, takedowns, grappling, joint locks, escapes, and ground fighting.
At Summit Martial Arts, we believe in partners, not opponents – safety is a major priority here. We are a place where you can develop confidence, technique, and real-life self-defense skills. Our facility is clean and professional, and classes will help improve your health, strength, and self-discipline as well as lower stress.
