Be a part of this awesome opportunity to welcome the incoming first-year class and their guests. Faculty and staff are invited to participate in the processional, ceremony, and First Lap tunnel. Everyone can participate in just the First Lap tunnel — spread the word!
Important Details:
- Thursday, 8/17, 4-4:50 on the Rock Quad (inclement weather — Gray Chapel)
- First Lap tunnel is immediately following on the Slocum Walk & JAYwalk.
- RSVP at bit.ly/3OTJ5iu. Last-minute arrivals are certainly welcome! Only doing the tunnel? No need to RSVP.
- Faculty should wear regalia (No regalia? Wear OWU gear).
- Staff may wear regalia or OWU gear.

- Set-up (no lifting) 2-3:30
- Ushering 3:15-5
- Clean-up (no lifting) 5-5:30
