We’re getting ready – are you? All Faculty & Staff are invited to walk in the processional, sit together in the front seating section during the Aug. 14 Convocation ceremony, and form the First Lap tunnel. Wear your regalia or OWU gear. Let us know you are participating (use this form) to help us be prepared. Last-minute add-ons are certainly welcome! No need to register if you are only able to participate in the First lap tunnel – on the Slocum and JAY walks.

If you prefer to help rather than participate, volunteers are needed. Please pick your spot using SignUp Genius. A follow-up email with details will be sent to those who sign up.
- Set-up (no lifting involved) 2-3:30, 4 people.
- Ushering 3:30-5, 8 people.
- Clean-up (no lifting involved) 5-5:30, 4 people.
