The Department of English and the Ruth Davies Lecture Series will welcome a Poetry Reading & Conversation with Aza Pace and Julia Kolchinsky on Tuesday, April 8, from 4:15-5:15 p.m. in the Milligan Room of Slocum Hall.
Aza Pace is the author of Her Terrible Splendor, winner of the Emma Howell Rising Poet Prize from Willow Springs Books. Her poems appear in The Southern Review, Copper Nickel, The Adroit Journal, and elsewhere. She teaches English and creative writing at Ohio Wesleyan University.
Julia Kolchinsky is the author of Parallax, a finalist for the Miller Williams Prize from The University of Arkansas Press. Her poems appear in Poetry, American Poetry Review, Ploughshares, and elsewhere. She teaches English and creative writing at Denison University.
The event is free and open to the public.
