Noon on Fri., April 26 is the deadline to petition the Academic Status Committee for special permission (correction to your Spring 2019 registration, change in exam time for those with 3-exams in one day, Fall overload or part-time, etc.). Please note that requests for late withdrawals due to poor grades will not be approved unless you can verify extenuating circumstances.
The Petition Form is available here: goo.gl/SkQPGR. All petitions must be signed by the student, professor and academic advisor and returned to the Registrar’s Office. Unsigned petitions will not be accepted. Petitions received after the deadline will not be reviewed until the Fall semester.
