The Board of Trustees is composed of individuals who are typically not members of recently graduated classes. In an effort to stay in touch with younger alumni and create a link between the generations, the Board decided to elect, annually, a qualified member of the graduating class. This individual is not solely a representative of the student body but rather a voice for “younger” alumni who would not otherwise have a forum in which to present their special needs and interests.
An information session for all interested candidates will be held at 6 p.m. on Tues., April 2 in the Mowry Alumni Center. You must attend to qualify to run.
