April 18 @ Noon – Interested in Healthcare/Pre-Med? Lunch With Brigadier General Deydre Teyhen ’93

Brigadier General Deydre Teyhen (OWU ’93) will be in town on April 18 for President vandenBerg’s inauguration. General Teyhen is an extraordinarily accomplished Ohio Wesleyan graduate with a BA in Sports Science from OWU, an MA in Physical Therapy from Baylor, and a PhD in Biomechanics from the University of Texas-Austin. She has held a range of appointments in the military including Commander of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research and Commanding General of the Brooke Army Medical Center.

General Teyhan is excited to meet Ohio Wesleyan students with an interest in healthcare, so we are hosting a lunch on Thursday, April 18, in Slocum 201 from 12-1 p.m.

If you are thinking about a career in any area of healthcare including medicine or allied health fields like PA, Nursing, and/or Physical Therapy, you should join us for lunch and conversation. General Teyhan is an amazing contact with a wealth of information about opportunities in these areas. Check out her impressive bio here.

Seating is limited and we want a small enough group to facilitate conversation, so I am limiting lunch to the first 16 respondents. RSVP via this form to confirm your attendance.
