Join us on April 17 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Merrick Hall, Room 301 for some stress-relieving yoga. Yoga has been shown to positively benefit mental health concerns, including stress, depression, anxiety and trauma. Come destress for this hour-long practice taught by Abbey Carter-Logan, LPCC-S, RYT 200. Afterwards, build self-soothe kits focused on senses to help build resiliency through the remainder of the semester. Attendance is free and limited to 35 students.
