April 17 – YOGA for Your Mental Health

Yoga has been shown to positively benefit mental health concerns, including stress, depression, anxiety and trauma. Come de-stress for this hour long practice taught by Abbey Carter-Logan, LPCC-S, RYT 200. Afterwards, build self-soothe kits focused on our senses to help build resiliency through the remainder of the semester. Attendance is free and limited to 35 students.
