We are hiring Camp Leaders for the Camp Oh-Wooo outdoor extended orientation program in August. Camp Oh-Wooo has three separate camp adventures, Challenge Camp, Service Camp, and Wilderness Camp. This is a volunteer position (can count as service hours) from Aug. 15 to Aug. 24.This time frame includes Camp Oh-Wooo fall training (Aug. 15 – 17, dates subject to change), Camp Oh-Wooo (August 19th-22nd) and the two Welcome Week days after camp on Aug. 23 and 24.
Camp Leaders will lead/facilitate small group conversations at Camp, as well as assist with running projects, games, activities, etc. CLs will also be assigned tasks on new student move-in day, as well as the Monday and Tuesday of welcome week before classes begin on Wednesday.
Camp Leaders who are selected are required to attend one (1) spring semester training session (date to be determined)
