Are you looking for something fun, challenging, and meaningful to do for spring break this year? The Chaplain’s Office has two great programs to consider! This year’s three Spring Break Service Trips will be going to New Orleans to volunteer with SBP Disaster Recovery, to South Dakota to work with Lakota Youth Development, and to South Carolina for several projects connecting service and nature (this trip centers black men). You can find the application here and read more about the program here.
Two Spring Break Wilderness Treks are also offered. One will be going hiking and camping in the canyons of southern Utah, and one will be backpacking and doing trail maintenance on the Foothills Trail in South Carolina. Read more and find the application here. Applications for both programs are due Nov 4.
