Leadership is more than just a title—it’s a practice. The Nancy Bihl Rutkowski Leadership Fellowship brings together a cohort of OWU students ready to dive into the “why” and “how” of making an impact.
The Nancy Bihl Rutkowski Leadership Fellowship Program enables Ohio Wesleyan students to learn leadership theory and then apply their knowledge by practicing leadership in their communities and discussing leadership in the workplace. This program prepares students for the complex challenges facing leaders.
What’s in it for you?
- The Training: The leadership curriculum is designed to help you reflect, learn new skills, and collaborate with other student leaders. The training will occur during 2 fall semester weekend dates based on the cohort’s schedules.
- A Support System: You’re not doing this alone. You’ll get a professional mentor and a campus coach dedicated to your personal growth throughout the program.
- The Payoff: Take leadership theory and use it to benefit your organizations and beyond!
Apply by Friday, April 10, to be considered for this engaging experience!
