Alumni & Family Engagement Student Intern: Fall 2023 & spring 2024
Max six hours a week, flexible schedule
Hourly pay: $10.75/hr
Job description: Serve as a generalist in the office of Alumni & Family Engagement.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating marketing materials, editing and facilitating videos, and supporting website communications. Experience with Canva is a bonus.
- Assistance with events, including but not limited to Homecoming & Family Weekend, Reunion Weekend, Emerging Leaders, WOW, and Parent/Family Events.
- Communication with alumni & families; strong written and verbal communication skills a bonus.
- Stewardship of volunteers.
- Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge and ThankView is a bonus, or willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Preference for rising junior or rising senior.
- Dependable and willing to learn.
- Able to work well independently and on a team.
- Experience with Canva.
- Strong communication skills.
