Freeman Awards for Study in Asia (Freeman-ASIA) provides scholarships for U.S. undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need to study abroad in East or Southeast Asia. All applications for Academic Year 2021-2022 are now open. Applicants may apply to one program: Summer 2021, Fall 2021, Academic Year 2021-22, Spring 2022, or Calendar Year 2022
The deadline for applicants to submit their applications will be: March 30, 2021.
The deadline for advisers to submit their certification will be: April 6, 2021.
Applications and Study Abroad Adviser certifications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. EST on the day of the deadline.
