Healthy Tip of the Week: Seasonal Allergies and COVID

If the pandemic wasn’t making things tough enough, it is now fall, and another allergy season is upon us. Wearing a mask not only helps prevent the spread of COVID-19, but it can also prevent some larger pollen particles from being inhaled. However, since smaller particles can be trapped inside the mask it is extremely important to wash the mask after each use. In addition, after spending a long amount of time, you should shower and change your clothes (and mask!). Happy Fall, Bishops!
