It’s the end of the semester, and exams are quickly coming to a close. As a University, we may be finishing papers, projects, or grading. Oftentimes during this busy period, our energy levels are low, and the activities we do to care for ourselves go right out the window. Or maybe the continued uncertainty of this pandemic is leading to an overall sense of fatigue.
Margarita Tartakovsky, MS, speaks on this phenomenon in her blog post, “When You’re Too Busy and Tired For Self Care.” She validates that sometimes in our life, self-care can be difficult, and that is okay. She gives some quick suggestions of how to manage these times.
