Finals At Home?! Strategies to Decrease Stress and Distractions during Finals Week

Monday, April 27, 7-8 pm EST: This presentation will be led by Dr. Todd Kays, Sport and Performance Psychologist. We have welcomed Dr. Kays on campus the past 2 years to lead Mental Health programming. The main point of the program will be to help our students deal with the issues (parents, siblings, friends, work, etc.) they will face taking finals from home. Dr. Kays is planning on the presentation lasting 45 minutes then having a question-and-answer period for the last 15 minutes.
