Take a midday break to practice yoga!
In this 1-hour class geared for students of all levels, we will approach poses with the principles of Katonah Yoga (a branch of Hatha), hitting a mixture of postures during each class meant to strengthen muscles and create space in all the major joints. We will use blocks, straps, and blankets, which are all provided.
Dress in comfortable clothing meant to move in, nothing super loose or baggy, and you are highly encouraged bring your own mat for hygienic purposes. There are extra mats if you do not have one.
We will hold practice in the Fitness Lab located in the Simpson Querry Fitness Center.
Classes are: December: 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, & 19. Cost: $60.
