Noon Yoga in Edwards Gym will be every Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12-1 p.m., October 15 through November 21.
We will use this one hour to get our bodies moving, use our breath, and prepare ourselves to move through the second half of our day with more mindfulness and awareness. This class is for beginners & beyond. Break up your day with a yoga practice to bridge your morning and afternoon together!
Class is located in historic Edwards Gym.
