Big Changes in Storage

Ohio Wesleyan is changing its storage programs for bicycles, refrigerators, and personal items.

Bicycle storage: Effectively immediately, OWU will provide bike storage for students at no cost. If you have a bicycle to store for fall and winter, please contact Public Safety to make arrangements.

Refrigerators and personal items: At the end of the current academic year, OWU will stop providing on-campus storage for such items. Beginning Fall 2020, all storage (other than for bicycles) will need to be arranged through off-campus providers.

Please note: Students studying away next semester should plan to relocate any stored items before leaving campus for winter break in December. Other students should plan to relocate stored items before leaving in May or, if you will be on campus over the summer, no later than Tuesday, June 30.

OWU doesn’t endorse any particular public storage providers, but several are located near campus. At least one provider – Brown Jug Storage, 224 E. William St., 740-972-5390 – offers a reduced rate to students with valid University IDs.
