The Annual Students of Color Leadership Conference is sponsored by the Great Lakes College Association, and this year OWU is proud to host this event.
The conference provides students of color the opportunity to encourage academic success; strengthen their skills of leadership and cultural awareness; develop effective activism skills; and network with their peers from similar institutions, backgrounds, and experiences.
We are looking for OWU students to lead and create workshops that emphasize this theme. This can include a self-care session, creating art, having a discussion about burning social issues, and more.
