Get Excited for Noon Yoga!

How about a midday yoga break twice each week?

Classes will meet in Edwards Gym on Tues. & Thurs., 12 p.m. -1 p.m. for a Hatha based practice designed to help create space in your joints and give you a mental reset for your day. Classes are beginner friendly, dress in workout clothing and bring water.

Classes are taught by Emily Hanafin, ERYT-200, who teaches the Yoga courses for students here on campus.

Session goes from August 27 to October 3.
$85/session.
$15/drop in.
