I have a nice 1-bedroom apartment off-campus on S. Franklin Street. The apartment is located right behind Ham-Wil (only 2 minutes’ walk away). I am looking for 1 female roommate to share the apartment for the upcoming semester (or the whole school year, if possible).
The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, on-site laundry.
Electricity, water, trash removal, gas are all included in rent.
The contract will expire May 15, 2020.
Rent between 2 people: $350 /month/ each person.
About myself: I major in Neuroscience, very chill, very easy-going, and a little bit nerdy. I spend most of the time during day in classes or library. I am a mixture of tidiness and messiness (very flexible). Not into house rules, just ask. You to have common sense.
