Don’t Lose Your Data!

When students graduate they have the opportunity to convert their BishopApps account to Email-for-Life, which preserves all their data. If they don’t do this, ALL of their data may be DELETED.

If you’ve had any student create Google Docs or Sheets for your department or program, have them transfer ownership to you or a departmental BishopApps account BEFORE they graduate. If necessary, Information Services can transfer ownership of ALL of a user’s files in bulk. Simply send a request to the Help Desk.
