All juniors majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance Economics, Management Economics or International Business are eligible for the Christian Kamm Scholarship. For the purpose of this scholarship, junior means students who will graduate next year. For the 2019-2020 academic year, there will probably be three scholarships awarded in the amount of approximately $3,000 to $5,000 each. Preference is given to students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.6 or better and having financial need.
This scholarship is awarded in honor of Christian Kamm, OWU ’90. One of the criteria for awarding of this scholarship is the candidate’s community service/volunteer work. Please note that community service is interpreted very broadly and not limited to volunteer work in the U.S.
Applications may be picked up from Lori Lucas, department secretary (Economics and Business), for those students who meet the criteria. Applications are due back to Lori Lucas or Professor Barbara MacLeod by April 12.
