The OWU Campus Store strives to provide the best customer service and value to OWU students, faculty, staff, alumni and prospective students. Through this satisfaction survey, we hope to learn more about what we do well and what we can improve on as well as gain a better understanding of the perceptions that students, faculty and staff have about our merchandise selection, prices, cleanliness, customer service and social media.
