OWU’s accrediting agency, the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), will have a team of four peer reviewers on campus March 4 and 5 to gather information related to our ten-year reaccreditation. The team will hold an open meeting for students on Mon., March 4 from 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in SCSC, Room 163; an open meeting for faculty from 4:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in SCSC, Room 163 and an open meeting for all OWU community members on Tues., March 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. in SCSC, Room 163.
Additionally, Barbara Andereck will hold two information sessions related to the HLC visit on Mon., Feb. 25 from 4:10 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thurs., Feb. 28 from 12:10 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Both meetings are in SCSC, Room 163. If you plan to attend any of the open sessions with the HLC team, attending one of these information sessions will give you background about the process and what you might expect the team to ask.
